A simple Perl URL shortener.


I created this URL-shortener to learn some Perl, and because I always wanted to
create my own URL-shortener.

I use Nginx as my web-proxy, and run the cgi-scripts through fcgiwrap. See
`nginx.conf` for example-configuration.

Since Nginx uses `www-data` as its default user, I've granted this user access
to the PostgreSQL-database.
